Ola Ahlvarsson, CEO, and co-founder of Result Consulting International Ola has a background as a successful entrepreneur working mainly with the Internet and online opportunities in start-ups, as an advisor to fortune 500 companies, as a guest professor at the SSE Riga Business Scool and as a growth partner for expanding comapnies . He co-founded several companies within new media and pioneered European Internet as a co-founder of Boxman 1997, the then largest Europen e-commerce store. Ola is now the CEO of Result an international network of business coaches founded in June 1999. Result offers international new media experts in 16 countries helping entrepreneurial ventures move success from country to country. To date, Result has been involved in approximately 70 launches across Europe, the US and Asia. Ola was named in the "Top ten leading European internet entrepreneurs 1999" by the Wall Street Journal, in a similar list in January 2000 by Business Week (front cover) and in May 2000 by the Financial Times. Ola was invited to the World Economic Forum in Davos where he was elected "Global Leader of Tommorow". Ola is a frequent speaker at international conferences and school including speeches at Harward business school, World knowledge forum in Seoul, the "Global Internet Summit" and the "European Online Publishing Conference". Ola is the chairman and main shareholder of Torget, Swedens oldest e-commerce portal with over 400 Swedish e-commerce partners. Ola and Result is also appointed country representative of openBC in eight countries, the fasted growing social software in Europe with more than 300 000 businessmen and woman developing contacts business and expertise. In 2004 Ola was invited to become a E-Strategies Course Director and Executive MBA Program Faculty member at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, the premium Business School in the Baltic region. Ola is focusing on what he describes as "Internet Management" and on teaching executive MBA student how to compete using online opportunities. Ola is particularly interested in understanding how the newest trends and ways of using the Internet in the youth segment will transform in to changed behaviour and new business opportunities in the world of business. Although resident in Stockholm, Ola spends most of his time living in airplanes and hotels. Ola holds an MBA from the University of Stockholm, has a black belt in Karate and a World Championship gold medal in kickboxing.
