Ria Hendrikx

Ria Hendrikx has a distinguished career in human resources work spanning almost three decades. Dutch by birth, Ria began her career with Deutsche Post DHL in Rotterdam nine years ago. Since then, she has worked in various senior positions within the DHL family, including her current position of Executive Vice President for Human Resource Guidelines Personnel and Labor Management at the Corporate Headquarters in Bonn, Germany.

Prior to DHL, Ria's portfolio included facility management, temporary labor agency work, and public relations for Vendex International based in the Netherlands.

Ria's academic background includes Health and Facility Management, and she earned an MBA in Strategic Human Resources Management from Lemniscaat Management School in the Netherlands. Ria also participated in the Strategic Leadership Program at the Wharton School of the University in Pennsylvania.

In addition to her broad experience working in Human Resources, Public Relations, and Organizational Health, Hendrikx was Founder and Chairman of the "Womens Network Rivierenland" in the Netherlands
