Hjalmar Winbladh
Hjalmar Winbladh is a serial entrepreneur, his latest venture Wrapp just recently launched and offers a new, ingenious take on social and mobile gifting. After a mere 24 hours on the Swedish App Store, Wrapp reached the top lists and will soon launch in The US and across Europe.
In January 2012, Wrapp closed a Series A funding from Atomico, Greylock and Creandum. Niklas Zennström (Skype) and Reid Hoffman (LinkedIN) has joined the board.
Prior Wrapp, Hjalmar co-founded and was the CEO of Rebtel the worlds largest independent Mobile VoIP company today where he still serves as Chairman. Back in 1994 he co-founded and was the CEO of Sendit, the world first Mobile Internet company, acquired by Microsoft in 1999.
Hjalmar Serves today as an Advisor to EQT partners and Creandum, is a member of the board at Springer and an angel investor in iZettle and EpidemicSound.
