Floriane is the founder of FLORIANE DE SAINT PIERRE & Associés, a leader in Executive Search for Luxury Brands with international expertise in recruiting President, CEO and top management positions. FLORIANE DE SAINT PIERRE & Associés operates with offices in Paris, Milan and in Shanghai.

Floriane is co-founder of ETHICS & BOARDS, an International Corporate Board Watch, which provides data, studies and rankings on corporate boards and governance of listed companies at international level.

She is Maître de Conférence at Sciences Po, lectures at ESSEC and Institut Français de la Mode (IFM). She was made Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur in 2007 and is Board Member of the French American Foundation.
