Bruce Aust

Bruce E. Aust is Executive Vice President, Global Corporate Client Group at NASDAQ OMX (NASDAQ: NDAQ), the world's largest exchange. In this role, Mr. Aust oversees global business development and relationship management with the 3,500 companies listed on NASDAQ OMX Group's 24 listing markets. Mr. Aust also has responsibility for NASDAQ OMX's Corporate Services unit, which provides investor relations, corporate governance and visibility services to public and private companies worldwide.

Mr. Aust oversees a nationwide sales force in the U.S. as well as global representatives serving countries including China, Israel, India, Russia, Japan, Korea, South America and the Nordic and Baltic regions.

During Mr. Aust's tenure, NASDAQ OMX has attracted some of the country's highest profile IPOs, including Google, Baidu, JetBlue and Verisk Analytics, as well as NYSE company switches including Mattel, News Corporation, Dreamworks, ADP, Direct TV, Liberty Media, Micron, BMC Software, and Vodafone.
