Adam Bly

Adam Bly drives Seed Media Group's overall business and content strategy. At 16, he became the youngest researcher at the National Research Council Canada. While at NRC, Adam identified a cultural shift in the making and set out to launch Seed, a re-imagined science magazine for the 21st century. Seed has earned international acclaim, including two National Magazine Award nominations, for Best Design and for General Excellence, the magazine industry's highest honor. The success of Seed led Adam to create Seed Media Group, a diversified science media company with a mission of raising global scientific literacy.

In 2007, Adam was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, and he is a recipient of the Golden Jubilee Medal from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Adam has spoken extensively on the relationship between science and society, most notably at the World Economic Forum, the National Academies of Science, and the Museum of Modern Art.
