In our DLD workshop, hosted by Ernst & Young, you can learn how to turn an IPO into a successful milestone in the life of your company.

The interactive "IPO Readiness Workshop" reflects on highlights in the realms of tax, risk, financials, strategy, investor relations and operational performance which can make or break a successful transaction.

The workshop will take place on Tuesday January 26, 2010 from 2.00 pm - 4.30 pm at "Vorstandscasino", room 8 at HVB Forum in Munich.
