Vuslat Dogan - Sabanci

Ms. Vuslat Dogan - Sabanci has a degree in Economics. She completed her graduate studies at Columbia University in New York. After working in New York Times and Wall Street Journal, she joined Hurriyet Newspaper in 1996, initially as Deputy Head of the Advertisement Department and later Department Head of Marketing Operations. In 2004, she acquired the position of Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors.

Ms. Dogan-Sabanci has taken steps to institutionalize Hurriyet over the last four years, and she recently led the team while acquiring the majority shares of Trader Media East, one of the most important advertising publishing companies of Eastern Europe and Commonwealth of Independent States.

Ms Dogan-Sabanci is married with two sons.
