Martha Stewart stays optimistic

Martha Stewart (on the left, with Catherina Fake), who received the Aenne Burda Award at DLD08, stays on the path of success. Despite an uncertain economic environment, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. confirms that still an EBITDA in the range of $23 million to $28 million is expected. In an statement, CFO Howard Hochhauser said: "By bolstering the revenue base with acquisitions like Emeril and new merchandising deals such as our crafts expansion into Wal-Mart coupled with disciplined operating expense management within our business, we are in a good position to maintain our outlook for the year and remain bullish about our potential longer term."
