Artist/producer Krister Linder is one of the main players of the Swedish underground music scene. Linder has released numerous albums under different pseudonyms, ranging from instrumental ambient to nose-bleed techno. In Sweden, he’s known for his characteristic voice, strong personality and unwillingness to compromise his music.
What most people don’t know is that he also does the music for commercials ranging from Peugeot to H&M and has some of the worlds leading companies among his clients. After scoring his first film, last year Mr. Linder won first prize at the European Soundtrack Awards in France. Linder shares his view on artistic integrity and commercial success from the perspective of a survivor and chameleon in the changing music industry.
