Alexander Schill
Alexander Schill (37), joined Springer & Jacoby Hamburg in 1994 after studying 4 years at the Highschool of Fine Arts in Berlin.
In 1998 he became one of the youngest creative directors ever within S&J. In 2003 he was asked to rule S&J as CCO. Since 2004 he was besides classical advertising also in charge for the non-classical units located in Hamburg with around 400 employees.
2005 was the most successful year for S&J since its foundation. In this years' Cannes Festival S&J won 7 lions and 20 shortlists in 6 different categories.
In April 2006 Alexander became partner at the Serviceplan Group. SP is the biggest independent agency in Germany (about 80 Mio. GI, 550 employees). Together with his partner Joerg Schultheis, Alexander built up a second location in Hamburg. After 6 months SP HH engages 40 employees and clients like Veltins, AIDA, Unicef, Trilux, Casio, Maurice Lacroix and callmobile.
Within the last 6 years he won over 450 national and international awards.
