David de Rothschild

David de Rothschild is the 28-year-old founder and creator of Sculpt the Future - an independently run initiative that aims to raise environmental awareness and action through education. No stranger to using alternative mediums to gain awareness for environmental and social change, in 2005, Adventure Ecology, the latest initiative from Sculpt the Future was launched.

David's commitment to the environment has sent him to some of the world's most remote places. In 2006 David spent over 100 days traversing the Arctic Ocean from Russia To Canada which saw him become one of 42 people and the youngest British person to ever reach both geographical poles. Prior to his 2006, Top of the World Arctic Expedition, David had already become one of only 14 people ever to traverse the continent of Antarctica and part of a team that during it's double traverse broke the world record for the fastest ever crossing of the Greenland Icecap.

Following his other passion, health, David completed an advanced Diploma in natural medicine. In 2002 David used this knowledge to start the process of setting up a naturopathic/ecological education centre in New Zealand, with the additional goal of pioneering new techniques to create a fully self-sufficient certified organic farm. He also focuses on raising the profile of sustainable farming, environment and natural medicine.

David was recently been asked to become a judge on The Edge and New Statesman Social Entrepreneur Awards. While National Geographic have also named him as one of their 'Emerging Explorers' for the class of 2007.

What the true crime is that alternative energies have been suppressed since the 1900 when Tesla was coming up with harnessing the earths resonant frequencies.

David I think its awesome that you spoke to Alex Jones I do everything to help the planet and appreciate that element of life, nature is delicate and must be protected and so must our liberties. After all we are naturally suppose to be free as so should animals be ideally. I have chosen painfully, for the sake of our planet to not bare children although I am a christian I feel it is right to Adopt those whom allready reside on our planet instead! we allready obeyed God when he said be fruitfull and multiply. Responsibility is key! Earth is in danger and we need to help and love our home..

My daughter is a bright nine year old who has recently become very interested in . Her school has just built a 6M science and technology center and since she has become very interested in the sciences and concerned about global warming and the future of our planet. I am interested in learning the titles of the children's books authored by David de Rothschild but am unable to locate them. Please advise.

I am a 27 year old woman and am so tired of opening up newspapers and reading about the likes of Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and the rest of the young Hollywood. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am to read articles about you. I wish newpapers took more time to learn about what your life and what you do (although I know that's not what you're looking for and you don't want to be a celebrity). Your cause is worth it though. Now days it is so hard to meet young people who's interest in life are actually worth supporting and wanting to look up to. You are a great role model for our future generation aka children. I wish you the best of luck in everything. I also wish that I could meet you someday and personally tell you how proud I am of you. You are a true HERO.

HI David, I know this is a long shot, but its worth it. I honestly had never heard of you until today, which is odd. I am an environmentalist in pursuit of a law degree. I was wondering if you were at all interested in the Everglades and the fight to conserve it. I am presently on the board of directors for friends of the everglades an organization started by an environmental pioneer Marjory stoneman Douglas.. There is much to say, but if you find yourself with some time on your hands or perhaps visiting Miami please contact me. Dracokiu@yahoo.com.. The everglades is a very unique eco-system none like it in the world and it needs help...I have inside details on what is planned.

Hello David, I don't know if you do any speaking at schools - to students and parents. I am the high school principal at ACS Egham International School in Egham, Surrey and I am wondering if you would be available to speak at our high school graduation on Friday, June 13 at 5pm. Our school has made sustainability and environmental awareness a focus for several years. I feel that an address by you would be both enlightening and inspirational for our school community. Would look forward to hearing from you if you thought this was an engagement you could consider. Thank you very much.
