Markus Giesler

Markus Giesler.jpgMarkus Giesler, Professor of Marketing, York University's Schulich School of Business.


Markus Giesler joined York University's Schulich School of Business in 2004 as Assistant Professor of Marketing. He was previously a research fellow at the Kellogg School of Management and at Stockholm University School of Business.


Giesler teaches marketing management in the MBA and doctoral programs. He has also designed a new course on entertainment marketing for the BBA level. He was honored as an outstanding marketing professor by the New York Times.

Wired News recently acknowledged him as one of the best-recognized experts studying high-tech consumer behavior.
