Philipp Justus, Senior VP and General Manager Europe, eBay
As the Senior Vice President and General Manager of eBay Europe, Philipp Justus is responsible for the strategic direction and successful expansion of eBay in one of its most important business regions.
Philipp Justus joined eBay in 2000. Before his move to eBay's European headquarters in Berne, he was the Managing Director and Head of eBay Germany. Under his leadership, eBay became the most successful online marketplace in Germany and the largest international eBay marketplace outside the United States.
Before joining eBay, Mr. Justus was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Munich. He graduated from Koblenz School of Corporate Management (WHU), Germany in 1994 with a Diplomkaufmann degree in Business Economics and subsequently achieved a Masters of Business Administration from Kellogg.

I wish to write to Mr Justus about ebay's unfair treatment of me in the UK. Please can someone post me his full address in Berne? Thank you.

The background is having offerred a buyer either a replacement product or a full refund (when an item went missing in the post), the customer ended up being allowed to keep the replacement and have a full refund!!
Despite that, I got negative feedback which was unfiar. Ebay (UK) took the negative feedback down, but will not adjust the feedback score!? So I'm left with a lower rating which ebay can't now justify as being there? This is so unfair, I wish to write and present the facts to Mr Justus. Thank you.
