Meg Hourihan is widely recognized as one of the world's leading innovators in the design and development of weblogs and blogging technology and is one of the clearest and most consistent voices on the power and importance of blogging.
Meg's work as the Co-Founder of Blogger.com (acquired by Google in 2003) helped launch the current blogging explosion.
In 2002 Meg co-founded Kinja.com, a weblog portal that collects news and commentary from some of the best sites on the web. She is the co-author of the book, We Blog: Publishing Online with Weblogs and a frequent speaker at conferences in North America and Europe.
In 2003, Meg was named a "Young Innovator Who Will Create the Future"
by MIT's Technology Review magazine. In 2004, PC Magazine recognized Meg as one of its 2004 People of the Year.
